-The booster pump delivers the mixture into the tire through high pressure, curing and fills to reach the solid tire effect.
-Accurate measurement, using high precision low speed gear pump, error of 5 ‰.
-Mix evenly, using high shear mixing head, reliable performance.
-Pour head, using floating mechanical seal, no air leakage, prevent feeding.
-The material temperature is stable, the material tank adopts their own heating temperature control system, the temperature control is stable, the error is <± 2C.
-The whole machine adopts 10-inch touch screen and controlled by PLC module, which can be poured regularly and quantitatively and washed automatically.
